In Queensland, the current restrictions for orthodontic practices is Level 1 (Level 4 is the highest. Australia was at Level 3 since the end of March 2020 until 1 May when it was decreased to Level 2. On 8 May, the level decreased again to the current level of 1). This means that orthodontic practices in Queensland may provide the full range of orthodontic treatment providing that patients are in good health.

Patients / parents will be asked if they have any symptoms such as sore throat, cough, fever, difficulty breathing, and loss of taste/smell. If you are unwell and exhibit any of the symptoms mentioned, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to another date.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to operate with additional precautions in place to best protect you and our staff. When you arrive, please use the alcohol hand sanitiser provided on the reception desk. Patients will also be asked to undertake a mouth rinse for 20 seconds prior to having orthodontic treatment. Bench tops, chairs and regularly touched surfaces are wiped over frequently with disinfectant.
